Diverse Choreography Performing Arts School is very proud to have over 200 pupils in the school and around 200 after-school activity students. Diverse Choreography known as (Diverse) is run by husband and wife team Scott and Lisa Marshall, who are both trained teachers and professional Choreographers/Dancers.

Scott and Lisa are very hands on with their Performing Arts school students and teach most of the classes themselves.They are dedicated to teaching to exacting standards and pride themselves in their ability to offer unrivalled training in all aspects of performing arts; Which keeps them at the forefront in Musical Theatre and Dance training in the UAE.Scott and Lisa have a vast array of experience working in Musicals, TV and Corporate Events worldwide.They are hugely successful choreographers currently choreographing numerous large events in the Middle East and the UK. As seasoned performers, their wealth of experience and knowledge will gain all Diverse Choreography Performing Arts Schools students the standards required to train at a truly professional level.

They also have many close connections to numerous current leading performers in London’s West end and will be introducing ‘master classes’ with these performers throughout the coming years.In essence, bringing the West end and current professional performers to Dubai to broaden their students’ overall training experience.

Diverse Choreography run their classes at numerous venues around Dubai.All Diverse classes are fun, while disciplined and offer superb, professional teaching techniques. Diverse guarantees students plenty of opportunities to perform; These events range from Shopping Mall Shows, Product Launches, Dance Festivals and Children’s Events to such major annual occurrences as the Dubai Shopping Festival or DSF. The largest performing opportunity of the year, for all of our tallented students is our annual Performing Arts School stage production where they performed at the ‘The First GroupTheatre’ - Souk Madinat Jumeirah in May; It was a high energy allDancing, Singing and Acting Variety Show. The Students also have the opportunity to perform professionally on occasion in some of Diverse’s professional events gaining each student a true idea of performing at a professional level alongside their professional team. 

Diverse Choreography Classes are…structured and scheduled in age groups and standards to ensure maximum improvement for all students. Each pupil is pushed to their full ability in every class.

Musical Theatre: Ages 8 - 18 (Auditioned Course)
1 hour of musical theatre style dance,1 hour of singing and 1 hour of drama. Musical theatre students will cover audition technique, script reading and improvisation, choral work, performance technique and all aspects of musical theatre style dance from pop through to the old classics.

Dance Fusion: Ages 6 - 14
A technical jazz warm-up followed by a routine of varying styles. From the latest hip-hop and pop music to contemporary jazz

Semi-professional: Ages 14+ (Invited course for advanced students only)
A technical jazz warm-up, followed by a professional level hip-hop/pop dance routine. Students of semi-professional are often used in our events along with our professional dancers

Tap: Ages 8 - 18
Free-style tap classes, in varying techniques ranging from Broadway to street/urban

Contemporary: Inter/Adv students
Contemporary jazz consists of a classical contemporary warm-up followed by a lyrical, contemporary jazz routine.

Mini Musical Theatre: Age 6 - 7
An introduction to Musical Theatre for the younger students. Including all aspects of Musical Theatre - Singing, Drama and dance.

After School Activity Street Jazz*
Age groups vary in each school. 

*Diverse Choreography is the provider of the GEMS Dance Academy, including numerous GEMS schools across Dubai. We also provide Babybop and street-jazz Bradenton Prep in Motor City.
